Clinical Scenario
A 65-year-old male presents with a history of progressive numbness and tingling in his right ring and little fingers. This is associated with clumsiness, dropping things, and ulnar-sided wrist pain on his right dominant hand.
Objectives:
1. Describe the clinical presentation of ulnar tunnel syndrome.
2. Clinically assess and examine the hand.
3. Provide a differential diagnosis.
4. Describe which investigations you would arrange.
5. Consent for surgical management.
