Clinical Scenario

A 50-year-old female presented for nipple reconstruction 4 months after a delayed DIEP flap reconstruction. She is satisfied with the breast mound and is interested in options for NAC reconstruction. She has no major co-morbidities.

Objectives:
1. Indication for nipple-areolar reconstruction (NAC) reconstruction.
2. Discuss treatment choice for nipple reconstruction.
3. Discuss treatment choice for areolar reconstruction.
