A 40-year-old woman presents with a 2x2 cm mass, just proximal to the PIPJ of her index finger on the volar aspect. 

Objectives:
1. Take an accurate history for this presentation.
2. Request appropriate diagnostic measures.
3. Provide surgical and non-surgical management options
4. Identify common complications.
