Clinical Scenario

A 35-year-old woman presents with complaints of pain, discomfort, and noticeable changes in the shape of both breasts. She reports that these symptoms have been gradually worsening over the past six months. She has a history of bilateral breast augmentation performed five years ago.

On examination, both breasts are firm to the touch, with noticeable distortion and tenderness.

Objectives:
1. Assessment of a patient presenting with breast implant-related complications.
2. Discuss the causes of capsular contracture.
3. Knowledge of Baker’s classification.
4. Treatment options for capsular contracture.
